Job Description

We are seeking a Trainee Insurance Administrator to join a fun, friendly and professional Insurance brokerage within the Plymouth area. The opportunity for the successful candidate would with the Personal Lines team on a full time, permanent basis working with some large and varied accounts. The starting salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.

You will be given the opportunity to learn and train to become an Insurance Account Handler within Personal Lines. The main duties include, processing of new business, processing renewals and carrying out mid-term adjustments and responding to general queries. Providing exceptional service to your customers is paramount. Full training and support will be given an opportunity to study a professional qualification.

The successful candidate must have;

  • Experience in financial services administration or similar
  • Certificate in Insurance (desirable not essential) or willing to work towards
  • Excellent administrative skills and background
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven track record of retention
  • Passion for customer services and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
