We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join on a full time, permanent basis. Based in the South Moulton area you will be responsible for contacting a number of businesses and building initial relationships.
This role is Monday – Friday with no changing shift patterns and no weekends and you will be based in the office. The salary is depending on experience and the most important thing is that you have a bubbly personality and enjoy speaking to people on the phone. You don’t need experience in this role, just a great personality and willingness to learn!
Some of the main duties include;
- Lead generation for sales executives and managers
- Client management, updating online records and sourcing data
- To follow and work to procedures in a timely manner
- Working as part of a team
The successful candidate must have;
- Resilient personality
- Friendly and bubbly personality
- Computer literate
- Comfortable talking to people over the phone
- Initiative, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
- Organisation skills
- Strong presence, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
