We have an exciting opportunity for a Spares Coordinator to join the Logistics team on a full time, permanent basis. Based in Yeovil, this a Monday – Friday role with a salary between £20,000 – £21,000. This role will be permanently based in the office.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced environment whilst being able to manage multi projects at once.
Some of the duties will include;
- To liaise with customers and internal departments regarding the deliveries of spare parts both over the phone and face to face
- To generate and log quotations on Excel and Word
- Processing of sales and purchase orders
- Chasing suppliers on deliveries and manage customers’ expectations
The successful candidate must have
- Experience in a similar position (desirable)
- Ability to multi task
- Strong attention to detail
- High standards of work
- Organised and tidy approach to work
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
