Job Description

Our client is a well-established family ran business who specialise in high quality Machinery and Engineering solutions to a range of different industries including motorsports and aerospace. They have a friendly and welcoming office space.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spares Coordinator to join the Logistics team on a full time, permanent basis. Based in Yeovil, this a Monday – Friday role with a salary between £20,000 – £21,000. This role will be permanently based in the office.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced environment whilst being able to manage multi projects at once.

Some of the duties will include;

  • To liaise with customers and internal departments regarding the deliveries of spare parts both over the phone and face to face
  • To generate and log quotations on Excel and Word
  • Processing of sales and purchase orders
  • Chasing suppliers on deliveries and manage customers’ expectations

The successful candidate must have
