We are looking for a Residential Sales Manager to join their Burnham on Sea office on a full time, permanent basis. This role is Monday – Friday and every other Saturday 8.45 -1pm. Full training and support will be given to you and in return you will need to be driven, have a willingness to learn and have a proven track record of sales.
The purpose of the role is to identify new business opportunities and across the wider business. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in estate agency and have experience in valuing properties.
- Leading and supporting the team made up of negotiators and administrators
- Ability to network and develop relationships
- A proven track record in estate agency, sales and valuing
- An ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines
- A creative and forward thinking approach to develop existing business further
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate have;
- A proven track record of managing a small team
- Previous experience working in a similar room
- A positive can do attitude, including rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energic and friendly personality
- Previous experience managing client relationships to enhance loyalty and generate further business
- Due to the nature of this role a full driving licence is essential
