Job Description

My client is a well established business with a young, sociable but hard-working ethos. The company helps to source staff in very niche areas and due to continued growth they are now seeking a Recruitment Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to be 100% based in the office.

Due to the nature of the industry this role will have busier months than others and this should not phase anyone there is plenty to get stuck into. During the quieter periods, there may also be a requirement 2-3 times a year to attend exhibitions.

Ideally to start as soon as possible this role will be a Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and the salary will be up to £21,000.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

Contact candidates registered on their CRM system

Liaising with the Client Manager about suitable candidates for roles

Ensuring all tasks and expenses are recorded correctly

Data entry and upkeep of in-house database

Responding to client bookings in a timely and professional manner

Building relationships with candidates


The successful candidate will have;

Excellent communication skills

Experience of CRM systems

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads

Ability to work as part of a team

Relationship building

Be comfortable in a laid back environment
