We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their award-winning team in Taunton. Please note that this role will be 100% based in the office. This role is Monday – Friday 37.5 hours a salary dependent on experience, and the company is renowned for promoting and developing staff from within.
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and polite manner
- Secretarial duties including writing letters, email correspondence and general data entry
- Answering in bound calls
- Communicate with internal and external colleagues, suppliers etc
- Process documentation such as policy information and applications and accurately file them
The successful candidate must have;
- Adaptable (Essential)
- Professional and well presented
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
- Confident maths skills with things such as percentages
- Confident telephone manner
- Willingness to learn and be part of continuous professional development
- Team player
