Our client is a well-established family ran business who specialise in high quality Machinery and Engineering solutions to a range of different industries including motorsports and aerospace. They have a friendly and welcoming office space and due to growth they are now looking for their next recruit.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the team in the Yeovil area. This is standalone position working closely with the Sales team. The role is a full time, permanent position with a salary between £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience. A mixture of both home and office based working will be considered for the right person.
This purpose of the role is to develop and manage the marketing process throughout the business and this will include both digital and general marketing strategies.
Some of the duties will include;
- To advertise and promote all products throughout the business and provide new ideas to attract new and existing clients
- To manage a monthly marketing meeting in order to share idea and material with the Sales Team.
- To manage a number of social media channels including LinkedIn, Websites, Instagram and Facebook
- To create and manage a diverse range of promotional content to promote the business
- To uniform brand and marketing strategies to best promote the brand
- To manage and arrange open houses and exhibitions
- To create sales leads through marketing campaigns to increase sales opportunities
The successful candidate must have
- Proven experience working in a marketing position
- Experience working within a similar industry (desirable)
- Experience with social media campaigns, mailshots and design software’s
- Experience working within digital marketing, promotional pieces including exhibitions and flyers.
