We are seeking a Junior Receptionist to join their award-winning team in Taunton. Please note that this role will be 100% based in the office. This role is Monday – Friday 37.5 hours a salary dependent on experience, and the company is renowned for promoting and developing staff from within.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and polite manner
  • Secretarial duties including writing letters, email correspondence and general data entry
  • Answering in bound calls
  • Communicate with internal and external colleagues, suppliers etc
  • Process documentation such as policy information and applications and accurately file them

The successful candidate must have;

  • Adaptable (Essential)
  • Professional and well presented
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally
  • Confident maths skills with things such as percentages
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn and be part of continuous professional development
  • Team player
