Due to expansion of their B2B team, our client is seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient and

experienced IT sales professional. As an IT Field Sales Executive, you will be experienced in selling IT solutions & managed services to businesses, with a background in cloud-based IT solutions including Office 365, managed connectivity solutions and professional services.

This is a full time, permanent position with working hours of 9:00- 17:30, with a salary of between £20,000- £25,000 + commission plus a mobile phone and car allowance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Nurture and grow the own client base
  • Present and explain a range of IT service and management solutions
  • Develop progressive relationships with a broad range of clients from contract implementation to maintenance
  • Identifying problems and recommending solutions for businesses
  • Achieving monthly revenue and KPI targets
  • Effectively use CRM system to source and generate own client pipeline
  • Having a consultative approach by becoming an expert in the industry and advising, guiding, and consulting clients
  • Whilst reporting directly to the Sales Director, the individual must have the ability to work on their own and with strong communication skills, the role has potential to grow and develop with a potential of progression into an account management role as part of the future growth of the company.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Sales and lead generation experience
  • Excellent telephony and general communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and have the ability to generate their own work
  • Confident and organised
  • Solutions knowledge and basic IT understanding an advantage
  • Previous experience in a business development / new business sales role
  • Practical application will be demonstrated through portfolio and interview.
