My client is a highly successful general Insurance brokers with a passion for delivering exemplary service to its customers.  They have office around the UK and offer a fun and supportive culture.

We are seeking an outgoing person with solid sales experience to join the team based remotely.  This is a full time, permanent post with a competitive salary of between £25,000 – £32,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline of colleagues in the designated area and in turn increasing conversion, reducing wasted opportunities and improving sales performance.

There is also an opportunity to provide guidance to colleagues and a genuine promotion path.

Main duties include;

  • Manage lead distribution
  • Manage the pipeline of cases ensuring colleagues are aware of impending deadlines
  • Assist with building new lead campaigns
  • Review conversion, analyse performance and make suggestions
  • Ensure all appointments are followed up
  • Other duties as listed on the JD

The successful candidate must have;

  • Experience in dealing with sales and relationship building
  • Outgoing and confident personality with a willingness to challenge
  • Ability to problem solve and create solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for customer services and professionalism
