My client is a highly reputable, leading national insurance business looking to expand their team further due to continued growth. They are seeking a Insurance Adviser to join their successful team.
This a full time, permanent role with the working hours at 8.30am-5pm Monday -Friday with a salary of £18,000 – £23,000 depending on experience plus benefits. Please note that you will be 100% office based and due to the location, you will need access to your own vehicle.
The purpose of this role is to service existing clients, quote for both personal and commercial insurance products and provide outstanding customer service in line with the core of the culture of the business whilst taking a genuine interest in the client in order to provide the highest level of service.

The role is predominately telephone based so candidates will be required to have excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner, effective verbal & written communication skills, the ability to gather and analyse information and to identity and respond appropriately to an individual client’s level of understanding.
