We are seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join their buoyant and professional team on a full time, permanent basis. The salary is between £25,000 – £30,000 dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include full training and support in obtaining professional qualifications and more.
This is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of 1 years experience in Insurance sector. This position is based in the Manchester area with some working from home.
Main duties include;
- Supporting an Account Executive with the running of their book of business
- Build up product knowledge for bespoke packages for above clients
- Assisting Directors with cases day to day
- Proactively manage enquiries and pipeline
- Assist with production of management information and reports
- Provide support for new business, renewals and mid term adjustments
- Assist in the handling of claims
The successful candidate must have;
- Some experience within the insurance profession
- Clear, friendly, professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple diaries and appointments
- Achievement orientated
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- High degree of personal motivation
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise own workload
- Good time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
