Job Description

Our client is a successful MSP, undergoing a period of expansion and is now seeking an experienced Helpdesk Engineer, to join their stunning Norfolk office.

This is a full-time position, working in a beautiful setting with a generous salary of between £25,000- £30,000 DOE and a range of generous benefits!

The role:

  • Working under pressure, whilst multitasking support tickets and calls to an excellent standard
  • Providing outstanding client service
  • Asking the right commercial and technical questions in order to identify the issue
  • Confident answering calls, as well as actioning incoming support emails
  • Consistently meeting / exceeding client SLA’s

 The successful candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Managed Virus and Malware
  • Routing and Firewalls
  • Network Switching / WIFI / Remote Network Cabling Trouble shooting
  • Microsoft Office 365 Admin Experience
  • Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 Pro
  • Active Directory / Azure AD / Group Policy
  • Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 trouble- shooting
  • Intune / End Point Management (desirable)
  • Evidence of outstanding client care
