Our client is a successful MSP, undergoing a period of expansion and is now seeking an experienced Helpdesk Engineer, to join their Taunton office.
This is a full-time position, working in a beautiful setting with a generous salary of between £25,000- £30,000 DOE and a range of generous benefits!
- Working under pressure, whilst multitasking support tickets and calls to an excellent standard
- Providing outstanding client service
- Asking the right commercial and technical questions in order to identify the issue
- Confident answering calls, as well as actioning incoming support emails
- Consistently meeting / exceeding client SLA’s
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
- Excellent documentation skills
- Managed Virus and Malware
- Routing and Firewalls
- Network Switching / WIFI / Remote Network Cabling Trouble shooting
- Microsoft Office 365 Admin Experience
- Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 Pro
- Active Directory / Azure AD / Group Policy
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 trouble- shooting
- Intune / End Point Management (desirable)
- Evidence of outstanding client care
