We have a unique opportunity for an established and successful sales professional to join them as Financial Services Sales Manager to drive forward in their sales strategy and ensure delivery of sales targets.

This is a full time, permanent role offering a competitive package with an OTE of up to £100,000 and benefits to include, performance related bonus, Private Medical, Income Protection and more.

The purpose of the role is to lead a team of Financial Advisors, driving sales revenue in line with the company strategy, whilst ensuring service excellence.

Main duties include;

  • Achievement of Key Performance Indicators, individually and as a team
  • Ensure your teams deliver the highest quality of service where “client comes first” is at the heart of what they do
  • Provide exceptional leadership to team
  • Manage, lead and develop teams under your supervision, instilling a strong culture of professional development
  • Attend and support relevant events
  • Support the development of the overall proposition
  • Produce reports on Management Information and performance

The successful candidate must have;

  • Exceptional sales and business development track record
  • Experience in Financial Services/insurance or related sales management
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage performance issues where required
  • Excellent business planning knowledge and experience
  • Strong coaching and training skills

  • Buoyant and positive approach
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Confident in presenting, networking and developing and managing relationships
