The duties of the role;
- Provide advice and excellent service to existing customers.
- Respond to all customer enquiries
- Record and maintain accurate policyholder information
- Maximise renewal retention
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of policy terms and conditions
The successful candidate must have;
- Previous customer service experience (1 year experience)
- Insurance knowledge or product knowledge advisable
- Ability to meet performance targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident handling inbound and outbound communications
