We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team based in the Somerton area. This is a full time, permanent post with a salary depending on experience. This is a phone based role and you will be required to deliver excellent service at all times.


The main responsibilities

  • Responsible for calling potential new customers and introducing the business
  • Working alongside the insurance advisers
  • Answering day to day queries via phone and social media
  • Supporting the Business Development team
  • General administration duties including LinkedIn, electronic filing and other
  • Regular communication to management
  • Customer query resolution

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous phone based experience (desirable)
  • Excellent administrative skills and background (knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel)
