We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team based in the Somerton area. This is a full time, permanent post with a salary depending on experience. This is a phone based role and you will be required to deliver excellent service at all times.
The main responsibilities
- Responsible for calling potential new customers and introducing the business
- Working alongside the insurance advisers
- Answering day to day queries via phone and social media
- Supporting the Business Development team
- General administration duties including LinkedIn, electronic filing and other
- Regular communication to management
- Customer query resolution

- Previous phone based experience (desirable)
