My client is a marketing leading firm of accountants with multiple offices throughout the South West. About you

We are seeking individuals to join their office in Bristol (other offices are available). You will have experience in Tax but the firm are very open minded in terms of whether you are AAT/ATT/CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified. If you are part way through your training or you would like to commence your qualifications they are still interested in talking to you.

You will be an excellent communicator who is comfortable in dealing with clients of all levels.


  1. is a full time, permanent position and the salary is dependent on experience but highly competitive. We have office based roles available but also the ability to work from home. The role

The job will involve the following;

  • Dealing with Complex corporate tax compliance
  • R&D tax credit claims
  • Corporate finance transaction tax advisory and due diligence
  • Corporate reconstructions / demergers etc
  • Family Business succession planning
  • Equity incentives and Employment Related Securities
  • EIS / SEIS related matters
  • International business direct taxes matters and structuring
  • Ad hoc business tax advisory
  • Complex direct tax HMRC enquiries
  • Undertaking tax technical research for wider projects
  • Undertaking a number of tax related administrative tasks
  • Attending networking events and assisting in marketing efforts
  • Keeping clear and concise documentation of your work
  • Ensure that work is delivered on time and to budget
  • Assisting with the management of work-in-progress, regular and timely billing on all allocated assignments
  • Attending client and prospective client meetings
  • Involvement in internal and external presentations
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary
