We are seeking a Commercial Manager or an experienced Account Executive looking to take on more of a leadership role to join the team based in the Taunton area. This is a full time, permanent post with a highly competitive salary dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial budget as well as a team of account handlers and account executives in the office. They will also oversee the service delivery to a handful of Commercial Insurance customers.
The successful candidate must have;
- Experience in dealing with Commercial Insurance business (ideally around 5 years +)
- Experience managing a small team
- Cert CII qualification (minimum)
- Excellent administrative skills and background
- Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of retention
- Passion for customer services and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
