They are seeking a Claims Administrator to join their professional team on a full time, permanent basis. The salary is £20,000 – £25,000 dependent on qualifications and experience. Main duties include;
- Log incidents on internal database
- Provide exceptional support to customers ensuring a high level of service
- Input new claims onto the system
- Calculate the liability using a tried and tested process
- Deal with correspondence quickly to avoid any delay in settlement of a claim
- General claims administration
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage personal workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work closely and flexibly with other team members
- Ability to follow clear instructions to carry out given tasks
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment
