Our client is an innovative technology company, which is experiencing elevated growth due to continued success. As such, they are seeking talented a Business Relationship Manager to join their Taunton office.
This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with only one day each week required in the office. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday with a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience and competitive benefits package.
You will be responsible for managing key accounts and as well as identify and winning new business.
Some of the duties include;
- Proactively engage with key accounts, schedule regular meetings and check ins
- Maintain accurate and timely records for efficient reporting of sales and account management activities
- Measure customer satisfaction in terms of service, products, overall experience and working directly with the business
- Act as a point of contact for all business activities
- Arrange regular review meetings and analysis critical performance
- Proactively identify new business opportunities
- Assist in delivering training to wider team and support marketing campaigns
