We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join to the team on a full time, permanent basis. You will need to be an organised individual who has excellent customer service skills. Ideally you will be passionate about IT or have an appreciation of how IT can enhance a business.
This a Monday – Friday position with a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
The main duties include:
- Account management – providing a high level of customer service and developing strong client relationships
- Conduct regular client reviews with senior management
- Create, manage and deliver projects to customers
- Proactively work to ensure service levels are exceeded at all times
- Accurately record customer needs and requirements on the in house CRM system
The successful candidate should ideally have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience ideally in a similar role with a proven record of success
- A high level of IT literacy and passion for technology in business performance
- An enthusiasm to learn and understand
- Problem solver and logical thinker
- High organised approach to work with a keen eye for detail.
