Our client is a successful MSP, undergoing a period of expansion and is now seeking an experienced 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, to be based in their Taunton office.
This is a full-time position (Monday- Friday 9.00am – 17.30), working in a beautiful setting with a generous salary of between £18,000- £22,000 DOE and a range of generous benefits, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- 1st Line Help Desk Support
- Configuring laptops and computers
- Upgrading laptops and computers (SSD and Memory Upgrades)
- Office 365 License Management (Add / Change / Remove)
- Password Resets
- IT diagnostics and repairs
- Receiving / Packing and Sending out IT equipment
- Stock Updates
- Occasional travel around the South West
- Supporting the 2nd Line Service team on occasion

- IT support experience
