Job Description

Our client is a successful MSP, undergoing a period of expansion and is now seeking an experienced 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, to be based in their Taunton office.

This is a full-time position (Monday- Friday 9.00am – 17.30), working in a beautiful setting with a generous salary of between £18,000- £22,000 DOE and a range of generous benefits, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays.


The role:

  • 1st Line Help Desk Support
  • Configuring laptops and computers
  • Upgrading laptops and computers (SSD and Memory Upgrades)
  • Office 365 License Management (Add / Change / Remove)
  • Password Resets
  • IT diagnostics and repairs
  • Receiving / Packing and Sending out IT equipment
  • Stock Updates
  • Occasional travel around the South West
  • Supporting the 2nd Line Service team on occasion
