Elite Staffing Solutions specialise in providing staff across a range of specialist sectors, including; Insurance & Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Commercial (Office Support & Customer Services), Accountancy & Finance, Charities, Veterinary and Dental Support Services. Elite supports a number of employment markets and operates throughout Taunton, Somerset, the South West and the UK.

Emma Warren

Managing Director

Emma launched Elite Staffing Solutions in January 2015 in order to bring a fresh new approach to recruitment within specialist sectors.  Emma is passionate about providing the highest level of service to clients and candidates and acting with integrity and transparency.

Born and raised in Somerset, Emma commenced her career within the insurance industry working for a UK leading Private Medical Insurer.  Having relocated to West Sussex she spent over 5 years working for a highly successful, independent high street recruitment agency and progressed from Commercial Resourcer through to Branch Manager and was one of their most successful consultants.  Following a move back to Somerset in 2010, Emma returned to work in General Insurance where she became part-Diploma qualified and developed and managed a team of Account Executives and Account Handlers.  Emma worked with veterinary, dental and GP practices throughout the UK dealing with both their insurance needs but also in creating and managing their monthly health plans giving her a broad understanding of these markets.

Emma enjoys bringing new people into the recruitment industry from relevant backgrounds and training them according to the Elite values.

Emma is wife to Alastair, mum to 3-year-old Martha and 1 year old Harry so has become an expert juggler! Business is her main hobby alongside trips with family and the occasional run!

Sophie Chedzoy

Recruitment Consultant

Sophie joined Elite in July 2016 as  a Recruitment Consultant. Cert CII qualified and possessing over 8 years Insurance experience, Sophie specialises in recruiting staff for this specialist sector.  In addition, alongside Emma, she has worked providing services to the Veterinary and healthcare industries for these 8 years so is lending her knowledge to recruiting for our other niche sectors.

Sophie has a wealth of experience in relationship management having been a highly successful Account Executive and recruited staff into her own team as a Department Manager. She is passionate, driven and works tirelessly for her clients.

In her own time, Sophie is busy planning her honeymoon with her husband Christopher and enjoys running and yoga.

Andrea Brown

Recruitment Consultant & Workplace Mediator

Andrea joined Elite as Recruitment Consultant and Workplace Mediator in November 2017 after being inspired to return to recruitment by the company ethos and professionalism.  

Andrea has significant experience in commercial business, initially working in the fast moving consumer goods industry in logistics, sales & marketing and later in recruitment and selection where she advised businesses on employment contract matters.  After a hiatus from recruitment to have her two children, the business acumen and experience she gained over nearly 20 years inspired her to retrain as a Workplace Mediator whilst bringing up her young family. 

This is another specialist service that Andrea is carrying out with Elite clients, enabling us to continue our strategy of sourcing and retaining exceptional people. 

In her spare time, Andrea loves to spend time with friends and family and her doggy Max! 

Tanya Dicks

Resourcing Administrator

Tanya joined the Elite family in February 2017 and as Resourcing Administrator, she focuses upon generating and acting as initial contact to all of our candidates.  Tanya also has an active involvement in our Marketing activities and is our social media guru!  Tanya is currently studying her IRP Level 2 in Recruitment Resourcing.

Tanya enjoys speaking to all of our lovely candidates and finding out more about them and what they are looking for.

Being a former PE teacher, Tanya is passionate about sport and fitness and is heavily involved in Taunton Vale Hockey Club.

Janet Litton

Financial Controller

Having moved to Taunton, Janet joined Elite Staffing Solutions at its formation as the Financial Controller.  Janet is fundamental in the ensuring all of the company’s financial matters are well looked after and the overall smooth running of the office enabling Emma, Sophie and Tanya to focus all of their efforts on their clients and candidate needs.

Janet has spent her working life in accounts and book keeping. For some years she supported her husband in running a very successful business in Yeovil before selling in 1991. She spent a short time enjoying some time off before deciding that she needed to get back to work and was Administration Manager for a large local nursing home until a change of management when she decided to go back to college and do a Higher Diploma in Administrative Procedures. Following this she joined a local accountancy firm and became AAT qualified by experience after working in accounts and taxation for many years.

Janet and her husband David are very involved in the local Baptist Church, love looking after their growing brood of grandchildren and in their limited spare time enjoy caravanning and walking their 2 border terriers.
