Elite supports a number of employment markets and operates throughout Taunton, Somerset, the South West and the UK.

Emma Warren

Emma Warren

Managing Director

Emma launched Elite Staffing Solutions in January 2015 in order to bring a fresh new approach to recruitment within specialist sectors.  Emma is passionate about providing the highest level of service to clients and candidates and acting with integrity and transparency.

Born and raised in Somerset, Emma commenced her career within the insurance industry working for a UK leading Private Medical Insurer.  Having relocated to West Sussex she spent over 5 years working for a highly successful, independent high street recruitment agency and progressed from Commercial Resourcer through to Branch Manager and was one of their most successful consultants.  Following a move back to Somerset in 2010, Emma returned to work in General Insurance where she became part-Diploma qualified and developed and managed a team of Account Executives and Account Handlers.  Emma worked with veterinary, dental and GP practices throughout the UK dealing with both their insurance needs but also in creating and managing their monthly health plans giving her a broad understanding of these markets.

Emma enjoys bringing new people into the recruitment industry from relevant backgrounds and training them according to the Elite values.

Outside of Elite, Emma is wife to Alastair, mum to 5-year-old Martha and 3 year old Harry so has become an expert juggler! Emma is also a Board Director of the Somerset Chamber of Commerce and enjoys working with other local businesses.  Emma also has two cats Teddy and Delilah!

Francesca Peacock

Recruitment Consultant

 Francesca joined Elite in July 2018, as a Recruitment Consultant. Previously to this, she spent 11 years in the Insurance sector, specialising in risk management and fraud prevention. Francesca has a BA (hons) Degree in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Fraud Management.

Francesca is experienced in Operational and People Management and is skilled at building relationships.

Helping others is one of Francesca’s passions and this transfers into her work in the recruitment industry, where she always thrives to do the very best for her clients and candidates.

Whilst much of Francesca’s free time is spent being a mum to her two children Arlo and Mila, she also enjoys country walks with her cocker spaniel Jackson, boxing training and practising mindfulness.

Adam Hiscock

Adam joined the team in January 2019 following a highly successful career in the insurance industry where he specialised in working with veterinary practices for the past 11 years.  Adam is very experienced in providing exceptional service to clients and remaining calm in any situation!  Adam will be bringing his skills to the veterinary division, sourcing high calibre candidates and supporting practices through their recruitment process.

Adam is husband to Carrie and has a son called Archie, 2 rabbits Boris and Marmite and a cat called Mickey.  In his spare time, as well as being an active family man Adam or ‘Dave’ as he is affectionately known likes amateur dramatics, badminton, fishing, photography and still finds the time to support Liverpool FC.

Tanya Dicks

Service Delivery Manager

Tanya joined the Elite family in February 2017 initially as a Resourcing Administrator where she focused upon generating and acting as initial contact to all of our candidates.

Following two successful years at Elite, Tanya is IRP Level 2 qualified in Recruitment Resourcing and became an Account Manager in January 2019 and now looks after all of our office support vacancies, providing support to both candidates and clients.

Tanya also has an active involvement in our Marketing activities and is our social media guru and also finds time to support Emma and Francesca with their divisions. A real life wonder woman!

Being a former PE teacher, Tanya is passionate about sport and fitness and is heavily involved in Taunton Vale Hockey Club.

Janet Litton

Financial Controller

Having moved to Taunton, Janet joined Elite Staffing Solutions at its formation as the Financial Controller.  Janet is fundamental in the ensuring all of the company’s financial matters are well looked after and the overall smooth running of the office enabling Emma, Sophie and Tanya to focus all of their efforts on their clients and candidate needs.

Janet has spent her working life in accounts and book keeping. For some years she supported her husband in running a very successful business in Yeovil before selling in 1991. She spent a short time enjoying some time off before deciding that she needed to get back to work and was Administration Manager for a large local nursing home until a change of management when she decided to go back to college and do a Higher Diploma in Administrative Procedures. Following this she joined a local accountancy firm and became AAT qualified by experience after working in accounts and taxation for many years.

Janet and her husband David are very involved in the local Baptist Church, love looking after their growing brood of grandchildren and in their limited spare time enjoy caravanning and walking their border terrier.

Tom Milton

Recruitment Consultant

Tom joined Elite in May 2021, following five successful years at a specialist insurance broker working as a Senior Insurance Consultant and prior to this working for a high street bank. During his time in insurance, he also gained his Cert CII qualifications and invaluable experience that will assist him in his career in recruitment. Tom prides himself on providing high level service and knowledge, skills he will be bringing to the insurance division at Elite and will also help support both his clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 

In his spare time, Tom is a keen sportsman enjoying badminton, swimming, basketball and in particular football, where he is an ardent Manchester United supporter (much to Adam’s disdain). He also enjoys travelling, music festivals, watching musical theatre with his partner Sophie and all things Star Wars! Tom is also doting ‘Dog Dad’ to his cocker spaniel, Chester.

Mike Williams

Recruitment and Business Development Consultant

Mike recently joined Elite as a Business Development Manager and Recruitment Consultant. Previously to this, he had a successful career in the banking and finance sector having worked at NatWest/ RBS Bank for 25 years in a variety of roles specialising as a Relationship Manager for Corporate customers across the South West.

Mike is excited to be in this new role which will allow him to use his competences gained in the finance sector, and his extensive network of contacts, to do the very best for clients and candidates.

Outside of work Mike is married to Amanda with two grown up children.  Mike is a keen runner, having completed over 100 Park Runs and several half marathons, he also enjoys walking his black lab, Winston, and spending time with his family and friends.

Fiona Barrington

Recruitment Administrator

Fiona joined the team in 2019. She started off as a Business Administration Apprentice supporting the whole team and has progressed to a Recruitment Resourcing NVQ. She now supports Adam with Veterinary roles.

In her spare time, Fiona runs the social media page for her family’s milk vending machine. She also has three cats called Sparky, Splodge and Egg.

Lara Foster

Recruitment Administrator

Lara joined Elite in March 2021, as a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice. Before this she started to study Level 3 Business and Events Management, however felt an apprenticeship would suit her best.  Lara will be supporting Emma, Francesca and Tanya with calls, reaching out to candidates and social media.

Lara has had some customer service experience in past part time jobs and has studied Level 2 Business and Enterprise Btec at school.

In Lara’s free time she likes horse riding, which she has done since she was young, walking her dog Charlie and she likes to spend time with her family and friends.
